Teen Mom: Young Pregnant follows Ashley, Brianna, Jade, Kayla and Lexi, five teenagers and young Gen Z adults from different backgrounds and cities, as they face pregnancy and the transition into motherhood. Across the season, the series observes how each young woman handles the pressures, choices and everyday challenges that come with becoming a mother at a young age.
