A book smart teenager from the streets of west Philadelphia sees his life change completely when he leaves home to live with relatives in one of Los Angeles’s wealthiest suburbs. As he adjusts to a new household and a very different world, the move forces him to navigate the distance between where he comes from and the life now opening up around him.
