The Great Escaper

In the summer of 2014, Bernard Jordan, a World War II veteran living in a care home, makes an unexpected escape. Determined to attend the 70th anniversary commemoration of the D-Day landings, he slips away and travels to Normandy, France, joining others in marking one of the defining events of the war.
