At a historically black college, homecoming weekend brings tensions to the surface as fraternity and sorority members clash with other students on campus. Amid the conflicts, a young man who is not especially popular hopes to pledge a well-known fraternity, placing his personal ambitions against the wider divisions shaping student life.
