In Riverton, the disappearance of a serial killer once known as the Riverton Ripper left behind a chilling coincidence: on the same day he vanished, seven children were born. Sixteen years later, those children share more than a birthday when the killer is said to have returned to his hometown, stalking the teens as their milestone celebration becomes tied to a new wave of deaths.
