Captain Webb

In 1875, Captain Matthew Webb sets out to do what no person has ever done before: swim the English Channel. Equipped with little more than his moustache, doses of brandy, and a wire wool swimsuit, Webb takes on the punishing crossing between England and France in a daring attempt that will make him the first person to successfully complete the swim.
