A down-on-his-luck HAIL driver struggles to stay afloat, picking up extra money by chauffeuring a low-level drug dealer around town. When his financial problems become impossible to ignore, desperation pushes him toward a dangerous plan: kidnapping the dealer’s child in hopes of solving the bind he can no longer escape.
